D & P Enterprises is a family-owned business distributing
innovative products for the home and family. Our products are
featured in our D-Pendable Stores at: www.dpent.com . We offer
our customers quality products at reasonable prices and we strive to
give our customers the best possible service.
D & P Enterprises started out as a mail order company in the late
'80's selling baby products and books by mail. In 1998 our
company went online offering our mail order products and books on
the internet. Since that time, we have added many more products
to our product line and have opened three independent "D-Pendable
Stores".
In our D-Pendable Family Store we offer a full line of products
for the home and family. Our D-Pendable Toy Store features
furbys, Pokemon toys, dolls and more. In our D-Pendable General
Store we are proud to offer unique - not sold in stores - products distributed by our
suppliers - "Your Baby Can Read!"
videos and DVDs, "Happiest Baby on the Block" CDs and videos, the Flying Animal Mobiles, to name a few.
For your security, we offer secure online shopping through our
safe and secure order form. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your personal information is kept strictly
confidential and will not be given out to anyone.
All customers receive immediate order confirmations and timely
shipping is arranged. Orders received from D-Pendable Family
Store customers are picked up from our supplier twice a week and
are shipped the following business day after pick up. If your
order items are in stock, they will be shipped the next business
day.
Since D-Pendable Toy Store items are generally in stock, orders
will be shipped the next business day. If the item happens to be
out of stock, you will be notified by email and will be given an
opportunity to select another item.
D-Pendable General Store orders are dropshipped by our suppliers
in a timely manner. Tracking information is available from a
number of our suppliers.
Orders are packaged carefully to ensure they reach you, the
customer, in the best possible condition. If damage occurs in
transit, we will either replace the item or give a refund when
the broken item is returned to us.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of our
products, please contact us without delay. You will need to
return the item(s) to us with a copy of your invoice within 30
days of purchase to receive a complete refund (minus shipping),
no questions asked. Your satisfaction is and always will be our
number one goal.
